SCI Music Featured In A New Video Game

SCI Recordings is proud to be involved with a brand new video game - Rhythm Destruction. The game, still in development, is a new twist on music-based video games. Rhythm Destruction is a "top down shooter" where you destroy enemies with timed button presses to the beat of the music that features online leader boards as well as a ton of unlockables. Free All Ages Show in Kirkland

Oscillator X will be performing live in the Seattle area on April 24th. Not only is this an ALL AGES SHOW, but it is also FREE! Oscillator X will be sharing the bill with Electric Players Club DJ's  Me & the Doc, White Collar Syndicate, Pressha and Sony Chiba. The show is at KTUB (Kirkland Teen Union Building) in Kirkland, Washington. Doors open at 7:00 PM - Hope to see all of you there!

Oscillator X Show In Portland At Ground Kontrol

Oscillator X will be performing a show at Ground Kontrol in Portland, OR on Thursday, March 5th. Ground Kontrol is a very cool vintage arcade with over 90 of the best arcade games from the ‘70s, ‘80s, and ‘90s in an authentic gameroom environment. Original cabinets, original gameplay and original quarter slots, just like you remember! Pull on some Pumas and terrycloth wristbands, get in your stance, and prepare to immerse yourself in the electric glow of years gone by. Also of note for our machine dance friends, they also have DDR Extreme - making it the only place we know of in Portland where you can get drunk and play DDR . Unfortunately for our underage friends, we regret that this show is 21+. But don't fret - we are working on an all ages show in Portland as well.  Hope to see all of you there and hang out!

"Where Can I Get SCI Songs?"

We frequently see the above question (or some variant) as we travel the web in forums, community sites, etc. SCI Recordings has an ever-growing number of retail and distributor partners all over the web that offer our music for sale. The main source for all things SCI of course, is the SCI Recordings website and we offer all of our music for sale here in the SCI Recordings Store as 320K, DRM-free MP3's. On that topic, we are also asked sometimes if you need to have a PayPal account to order. The answer is NO. SCI Recordings has just commissioned two remixes from popular Swedish DJ / Producer Playmaker. The remixes will appear on the upcoming Oscillator X album, to be released in a few weeks. Many of you will recognise the name Playmaker from the Pump It Up Pro songlist. Playmaker songs featured in PIU Pro are Coming Out, Do What You Wanna Do, Nightmooves and Sunshine. We are going to wait until we announce the full album track list to reveal what songs got the "Playmaker treatment", but we can tell you this..... They are BANGIN! SCI recordings is honored to contribute 9 songs to a brand new video game for XBOX entitles Snake 360.
